How to stylize and move the shop toolbar?

1) Currently my shop toolbar is above my products and the filter is on the left side. I want to move the shop toolbar inside the filter or somewhere above the filter. I’ve attached two photos with what i have and what i want to create

2) How do i stylize the shop toolbar elements? I want to change the font size, colors, etc

If i activate a Custom Products Archive Page will override the current shop page layout?
