How to translate fields like Price, Share…?

Hi, I can’t get how can I translate fields like Price, Share, Recommended Products etc. I use WPML and I’ve already tried a lot of things for doing this but nothing helped.

Hi, thank you for your answer, but what should I check? I translated frontend in browser into English to make it easier for you to understand. In fact, the content is in Ukrainian, which is the main language of the site. I would like the Ціна, Поділитися, and other fields to be translated into other languages that are configured in WPML. Can you tell me how I can do this?

Yes, I checked and it is the same as it was. I’m sorry if I may not have explained the situation clearly. I have Ukrainian as my main language and Russian as a secondary language. Currently, in both languages I see the word Ціна (in Ukrainian), when I switch to Russian, I would like to see Цена. I would like to translate the other fields in the same way.
