How to translate strings that I have written in Customize setting

Hello,

I have used another language for my site which is Arabic, but I have notice that some strings that I can’t translate them.

For example, how can I translate titles and placeholders that I have written in customize setting in your theme, you can see this screenshot to you can understand what I meant:

Hello,

1) Create multiple header for the AR lang and edit that header strings https://gyazo.com/f5401a4ca4f48313cb03da7aa30d1969

2) Translate search results strings in theme translation files https://gyazo.com/195427ea55ddc3a8dcd8c329bbd3bdb6
