Hello,
al the translations from english to german are working now. I use the formal german language and Loco Translate for translating. Unfortunately the button “proceed to checkout” at the cart page I am not able to translate :(.
Please help me to find the right string.
Thank you very much and best regards,
Janina
Hello, Janina,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To translate the currently untranslated strings, it seems that the .pot files may need to be regenerated. For this, we kindly request FTP access from you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Hi there,
here I give you the needed data. The Online Akademie is hostet by subdomain in the folder webinare-ake.
I hope, the existing translations will not be overwritten!?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Janina
Dear @Janina,
The latest WordPress update v.6.7 caused the following problems:
Here is evidence that these issues have been raised not only on our forum but also in other plugin-related topics:
1. Showing all X results on category sites is not translated after update -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/showing-all-x-results-on-category-sites-is-not-translated-after-update/
2. Known issues with WordPress 6.7 -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/known-issues-with-wordpress-6-7/
3. Translations are no longer loading from the theme folder -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/translations-are-no-longer-loading-from-the-theme-folder/#post-18132409
We have tried to find a solution, but since this issue originates from WordPress itself, we are unable to resolve it directly. As a result, the temporary solutions we can offer at this time are:
1. Rollback your site to the previous WordPress version, where all translations were working correctly. Additionally, disable auto-updates on the server to prevent the site from automatically updating back to the problematic version.
2. Wait for WordPress to release an update that addresses and resolves this bug. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how long this will take.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will notify you immediately when a solution becomes available. Once resolved, we will release an update with the necessary fixes.
Thanks for understanding !
Kind regards, Jack Richardson

Hey Jack, thanks for your reply and sorry for answering late.
I will do as you describe and wait for another WordPress Update.
If I have some problems with this, I will write you back.
In this case I have another question. If there is an update of X-Store Theme, can I install it without overwriting existing CSS or something like this because of the Child Theme, or is something else to be prepared for?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Janina
Dear @Janina,
We hope this message finds you well.
Please note that updating the theme will result in a complete rewrite of the files within the parent XStore theme folder. Therefore, we strongly advise against making any modifications directly to these files.
For any customizations, we recommend utilizing the child theme. The files in the child theme will remain unaffected by the XStore theme update, as only the parent theme folder files are overwritten during the update process. As such, you do not need to worry about any changes to your child theme when updating XStore.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
