How to unlock newsletter popup in Elementor

How to unlock newsletter popup in Elementor, i found the static block newsletter but now i want to display on my website. Kindly guide.

1/ In the latest versions of our theme, we have introduced new builders, such as the XStore Single Product Builder with Elementor (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/) and the XStore Products Archive Builder with Elementor (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/), new Header Builder, along with additional elements. Please note that some elements are designed to function exclusively within their respective builders, which is why they are restricted from use in other areas of the website’s content.

2/ If you are utilizing the header builder feature through Elementor, we kindly ask you to follow these steps to configure your newsletter widget according to your requirements:

1. Navigate to XStore Builders.
2. Select ‘Header Builder via Elementor’.
3. Click on ‘Edit Header Template’.
4. Add or configure the newsletter widget as needed.
5. Ensure to update the changes once completed.

Dear Tony,

Please just wanted to confirm that popup is still not showing, method above is just added a button. Its not working like if some one visit my website a newsletters popup need to show.

Hello, @Hassam,

Thank you for your response.

1/ Unfortunately, there is no such option for it under Header builder via elementor.

2/ You can use Header Builder via Customizer for it. https://pasteboard.co/waQanOOIjaJO.png

– Access the ‘XStore’ menu, then navigate to ‘Theme Options’ > ‘Header Builder’ > ‘Newsletter’.
– Within the ‘Action Mode’ section, please select ‘Delay’ to set the primary action for displaying your newsletter popup.
– Adjust the ‘Delay (Ms)’ setting to establish the desired time delay, in milliseconds, before the popup is displayed. This adjustment will aid in managing the popup’s appearance frequency.

I did all the instructions mention above but some how popup is still not showing. and its looks like that whatever changings i am trying to make via customizer is not actually working. e.g. Newsletter is showing in connection block but not reflecting in header. (image attached for reference)
