How to update encrypted folder's theme with FTP by myself

Hello,
I would like to update theme.
I don’t want to use the updated function in WordPress because I will loose translations and other things I putted in theme’s folder.
So I have to update using FTP but the folder is “green” (encrypted).
I would like to know (if that’s possible) how to update with FTP by myself because I won’t be able to pay support just for that in few weeks.
I tried appearance > add theme > upload theme too but it doesn’t work as the theme is allready existing.

Hello,

I’m not sure about problem with FTP update. Could you provide us temporary admin panel and FTP access and we’ll update theme for you for free. Do the backup of your site before this update.

Hello Olga,
Sorry it’s a mistake of me.
As uncompressed folder is in a green color I thought this folder was encrypted and would not allowed to transfer with FTP.
But as you said “I’m not sure about problem with FTP update” I tried, it’s done now and works fine.
