How to update my theme without losing customization?

Hi. I tried to install the child theme from Version 1.4 folder but it tells me that the parent is missing.

Hello,

you can download correct child theme for Woopress here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Download WooPress Child Theme (woopress-child.zip) and extract it to wp-content/themes folder.
If this does not help – please provide us with FTP credentials for your site in private content and we will create child theme manually.

Hi. I downloaded it and installed it via FTP, but when I go back to WordPress to activate it , I cant’t, it tells me I’m missing the parent theme. I’ll give you the FTP credentials. Thanks you for your help.
