Hi. When I install the xstore theme and choshe the any demo, that demo don’t installedand after 5 minutes ny site don’t work and show HTTP error 500. how can I fix this?

Hello,

1) Make sure that your server meets theme requirements https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
2) Please, provide us with temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site and tell me what version did you try to install?
