HTTP ERROR 500 after installing plugins and back office completly inaccessible

    Hi, i bought the xstore them then installed it by ftp upload without problems,

    then i followed the video direction that says to install the plugins but now when i go to my website backoffice, i get the erro page:

    HTTP ERROR 500

    so i can not do anything from here,

    can you tell me what is happening with the theme, how to solve this problem ?

    Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
    The error 500, as a rule, relates to server configuration so you need to contact your hosting provider support.
