I’m having issues uploading images into your theme. Every time I try, I get a HTTP error.
Please advise,
John
Hello,
Please specify the exact error you’re getting.
Are you uploading images via wp-admin panel? Could you provide us with the login credentials to admin panel and your FTP account in Private Content to check it from our side?
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Account info is found below.
Thanks,
John
Hello,
Thank you for the login details, but please specify the exact error you’re getting.
I’ve just tried to upload an image via wp-admin panel > Media and the image has been uploaded successfully.
So please describe your issue with more details.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Eva,
If I create a new page and added a featured image (see attached as an example), I get a “HTTP Error” on upload and the file is not view on the frontend.
In addition, if I go to Media, Add New and upload the attached image, I get a “HTTP Error”.
Thank you,
John
Hello,
This error may be caused by your server configuration. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them what php version is used for your site. It shouldn’t be less than 5.3 version. Also ask them to increase memory_limit value.
