Https://safedesires.com/reset-password/ is broken

Is https://safedesires.com/reset-password/ supposed to be the main password reset for customers? I looks like it has not been updated since I installed the theme but is showing completely incorrectly.

What is the best way to get a password reset page created that I can link to with the following email from the email builder:
https://safedesires.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=111861&action=edit

It links to the following shortcode. {reset_password_url}
Where do I control where the shortcode points to?

Similarly, how can I find out where all of the shortcodes point to (shown in the attachment)
