On September 21, the loading parameters of the Home page deteriorated sharply – it was 1.5 seconds, it became 4.5-5.0 seconds. The server response time has increased. Our hoster informs: “The limit of processor resources for your site has been reached”.
Hello,
Contact your host’s support and ask them for assistance in identifying any extensions or processes that are acting as resource hogs. Sometimes, a specific component or plugin consumes lots of resources due to sloppy programming, and you’ll want to delete or uninstall the plugin.

Thank You, cold You please explain, why on file index.php there is such a big load going on?
Hello,
Sorry, but your question is a bit unclear to me.
Have you contacted your hosting provider? Is the mentioned file comes from our theme? If this is out of XStore, we cannot assist you.
Regards
Yes, I have contacted the hosting provider. I meant why this file causes the consumption of a large number of resources.

One more problem appeared after the update: the site works fast only in the admin mode. If I log in under the seller’s username or incognito, everything works very slowly, all the pages are loading very slowly.
Can You please help?
Dear Olga and Rose, I am still waiting for your answer
Hello,
Could you, please, provide us with the screenshot of server usage statistics that displays what processes/requests cause the issue?
Also, tell me if you made any updates of WP/plugins before you noticed that loading? Did you edit any content? What elements/settings did you edit?
Regards
Olga, do You speak Russian?
You can view yourself the data you are interested in the Resource Usage section on cPanel (we have switched it to English).
Yesterday our hosting provider has made migration of the site to another server. Therefore, the data on the processor load can be viewed only from September 28.
Hello,
I checked the Resource usage and see that WP default index.php in the logs https://prnt.sc/1u3pc2h, not theme index.php. So, tell me where did you get reports about the theme problem? We need screenshots of the requests or resource usage from our theme.
To get a better understanding of the issue.
Regards
Olga, thank You. It look that You are right and this file is not from Xstore. Sorry. We will search for the problem with our programmer.
