Dear Sir/Madam,
I am experiencing an issue with Revolution Slider – I am unable to edit it. I imported the Glasses demo. I would also like to work with WPBakery, but when importing the demo, I selected WPBakery and an error is being displayed.
Could you please assist me?
Thank you.

Hello,
I am trying to use WPBakery, but when I attempt to install it, I encounter an error (please see the attached screenshot). Additionally, Slider Revolution is not working properly. When I try to edit a slide, I only get a black screen.
Could you please check and help resolve these issues?
Thank you.
Hello, Dusica,
Please kindly specify the demo version you would like to install.

Hello,
When will I be able to edit a page with WPBakery Page Builder? I still can’t edit the page (images attached). Also, I can’t edit the Revolution Slider.
A solution please
We would like to inform you that the issues with editing are also occurring with the default theme.
These problems are caused by incorrect script connections (including WordPress’s own scripts). Such issues may arise if you have used or are currently using any content optimization tools (including server-side caching), if there were any errors during the installation of WordPress, or if there were mistakes during the migration of WordPress. Additionally, this could happen when migrating to a different connection protocol (e.g., from HTTP to HTTPS).

Thank you for your response.
I would like to clarify that I haven’t encountered any issues related to content optimization tools, server-side caching, or errors during the installation or migration of WordPress. There were no problems with the connection protocol (HTTP to HTTPS) either.
Given this, I am still interested in resolving the issue with editing. Could you please confirm if it is possible to fix the problem? If not, I would appreciate a refund, as the website is not functioning as expected.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
Hello, Dusica,
Unfortunately, as the issue is not related to our area of expertise, we are unable to resolve it.

Could you please explain why this issue is outside the scope of your services and what exactly is causing the error in WPBakery and Slider Revolution? Do you have any alternative solutions, such as using Elementor, or any other advice? I cannot accept that the problem is unsolvable. I’ve been in touch with my hosting provider, and they confirmed that everything is fine on their end.
Hello, Dusica,
The issue you’re experiencing is caused by an incorrect order of script loading, which prevents the scripts from executing properly due to a dependency failure. This problem is not related to the activated theme (which is why it falls outside the scope of our support). Unfortunately, switching to Elementor or any other page builder is unlikely to resolve the issue.
If you have just started developing your website, we would recommend reinstalling WordPress to ensure a clean setup.
Best regards,
