I am facing some issues regarding the theme

Dear team,

Whenever I update a section, it does not display. Even after clearing the cache, it still doesn’t show. It only appears after fully closing the website and then reopening it.
When I add new products or functionalities, they also do not show. like i have added color swatches but it do not appearing on site. Product showing out of stock.
Kindly check whether this issue is due to the theme or if it is caused by any WooCommerce plugin.
