I bought 2 licenses yesterday and do not work

    Yesterday I bought two Xstore regular licenses and I have the same installation problem on both of them.

    Please it is urgent to be able to install this for the client.

    I have tried everything you suggest in case of error and it doesn’t work either.

    Hello,

    What errors did you face? Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your sites and tell us what demo content you want to install?

    Hi Olga thanks for the reply.
    This error is repeated on both sites every time I try to install the plugin.

    Installing plugin from uploaded file: XStore_Theme_v.8.1.5.zip
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin..
    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
    Plugin installation failed.
    Go to Plugin Installer

    Hello,

    Are you trying to install the theme as plugin? You can install the theme archive only via Appearance > Themes you can’t install it like a plugin because theme and plugin are different things.

    You can find the WooZone plugin code in the Private content area.
