I receive an error code anytime I try to update the theme.

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I’ve changed the server settings to allow for the largest file possible, which made no difference. I’m confused on this one.

    Hello, Adamb,

1/ Upon reviewing the activity associated with your account, we have not identified any credentials from you.

2/ It appears that the issue may reside with the server, as indicated by the absence of System Information.
Our assessment suggests a 90% likelihood that the access difficulties are due to whitelist parameters or other similar blocks. The remaining 10% could be attributed to various other causes.

To proceed effectively, we require wp-admin and FTP access to further diagnose and resolve the issue.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
