I can’t access to my website through my phone

My website only works from my laptop
It used to work on my phone too but now everytime i try to access from my phone it gives me the message in the screenshot
I’ve contacted my hosting support (Namecheap) and they told me that the problem is with the template
files

Thanks for using our theme.
We can’t see your screenshot, unfortunately. Please provide a new one. You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshot and share the link here.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
