    Hello there,

I find a problem on my site. I want to add new product with different descriptions in tabs but after changing them in product other products gets this NEW description. I can’t change this description – parameters, how to use etc. – on the product settings in WordPress panel so I think I can change them in elementor settings (no I can’t, I can only change one of them).

How can I change them then?

    Hello, @EE Eric,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1. If you are using the Single Product Builder via Elementor, you can navigate to **Edit Template > Edit Single Product Tabs**, where you have the option to add or remove tabs as needed. Once updated, these changes will be applied to all products on your website.

    2. The product descriptions are managed individually for each product. You can edit them by going to **Edit Product > Product Description**. Since each product has its own unique description, any modifications will only affect the specific product being edited.

For your reference, we have attached images in the private content area.

    3. You may also customize the single product layout using the builder. Please refer to the following guide: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/ -This will allow you to reposition the **Tabs** element according to your preferences.

XStore builders > Single product builder via elementor layout work on all products.

    4. Additionally, to better assist you, please provide the URL of the page where you are experiencing the issue, along with your website’s **WP-Admin access** in the private content area. This will enable us to review your settings and offer the necessary support.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    **Best Regards,**
    **8Theme Team**

    Hi, thanks.

    1. I know this and this is my problem, a can’t change any other **TABS** on my second product without changing them on the first product

    2. Description I can change via Edit with Elementor button – but can’t change other **TABS** such as “how to use” etc.

    3. this Single product build fits my product so I don’t want to change it

    4. URL and admin access in private content area

    Hello, @EE Eric,

    Thank you for your response

We have checked your website and found that you are using custom tabs. Please see image for reference in the private content area.

Please allow me to clarify the following points regarding the addition of custom tabs to your product pages:

    1. If you have added custom tabs using Elementor, these tabs will appear globally across all single product pages.

We hope this information is helpful. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme Team

I know that if when I change those tabs there will be change globally on my site. That is the problem.

Now I want to add another product with different text on those tabs and I cannot do it.
