I cant customize like i buyed before, not change to all pages

Hi, please help me, your xstore theme not same like before, i mean before i changed some customization and it will apply for all pages. but this time its can change some pages only. before i just use Shift then click to header to change some color or size. but this one i cant see it. please help.
