Hello,
Thank you for your help here is required info about the case.

Hello, Atahan,
We hope this message finds you well.
It appears that the root cause of the current issue is related to file access permissions. As an initial step, please set the permissions to 777 for all files located within the following directory:
/bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/xstore
Currently, the permissions for these files are set differently, as can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/l3JN_Y4ISuIx
Should the issue persist after this adjustment, kindly grant edit permissions for the following files:
https://prnt.sc/Rza0jY1Atkqh
wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/builder/class-customize-builder.php
wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/builder/js/builder.min.js
The error seems to be occurring because the system is unable to overwrite the style file due to insufficient permissions.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
I give the permissions you mentioned but still got an error while editing mobile menu on multi headers error message. i want to add ‘button’ and social features to my english mobile menu

Hello, Atahan,
We hope this message finds you well.
1) Please grant us access to edit files – https://prnt.sc/qjU9j1DXQOw8
Currently needed for this –
wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/customizer/theme-options/woocommerce/shop-elements/product-stock.php
It triggers a fatal error that may be the cause of the problem.
Could you please grant full editing permissions for all the theme and Core plugin files? If necessary, should we request access for each individual file separately?
2) Upon review, we have discovered modifications within the parent theme, specifically in the file:
wp-content/themes/xstore/functions.php
Given that there have been changes to the theme files, and potentially to the plugins as well, we are unable to assist further without a clear understanding of the extent of these modifications. It is possible that additional custom code has been introduced elsewhere.
We kindly request that the original theme and Core plugin files be restored without any custom changes (you can download the latest versions from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads ). Once this is done, please verify if the issue with Header Builder persists.
If the problem continues, we would appreciate it if you could provide the necessary permissions to edit the files in question.
We look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter efficiently.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
