I can’t edit that bar. Where do I find the correct file to edit?

Hello,

We have created that banner using Static block https://www.arya.cl/staticblocks/header-promo-banner/ (edit that using Elementor page builder). And then added Static block widget to Header banner widget area https://prnt.sc/1urcj3o
