You can download the latest theme version on our site http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050 .
How to update the theme is described here (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is identical).

Please provide us wp-admin panel credentials to check the issue with Screets Chat.
