I can’t find the popup template I need in my saved template

    I want to use the popup function, I created a popup template according to the need. But in actual use, I click the drop-down button, it shows nothing, what should I do, thank you.

    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

    2. Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    We kindly ask you to add the following code to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_autoscroll_single_tabs_on_mobile', '__return_false');

    Once this has been added, please review the single product page on a mobile device. Kindly ensure that you clear your browser cache before checking.
