I can't Install Demo Content - by Joanetwrc

    Hello!!

    It’s my first time with a woocommerce theme and I wan’t to exploit this option but the button don’t work…

    Did you make configuration your theme like in our documentation?

    Yes, I read the documentation, but its my first time I work with woocommerce and its difficult for me…

    Maybe, its because the required plugins its not installed?

    I search the required plugins but I don’t find… Its not included with the template?

    A message like this appear when I click in ‘install plugins’, but the plugins don’t install:
    All installations and activations have been completed.”

    Hello,

    As I see the site http://www.projectslot.com.mialias.net is working fine.
    If you want to install demo content you can do this in Theme Options > Import/Export

    Could you please clarify the issue with categories?

    Hello,

    Seems you’ve installed the theme incorrectly. Have you installed Woocommerce plugin before the theme installation? It should be done before and then install the theme.
    We recommend you to reinstall WordPress and proceed with the theme installation from the beginning. Just follow all the instructions written in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/installation
    Please note you should install WooCommerce plugin before theme installation!

    I repeat the process from Zero.

    I deleted all the plugins and old theme installation.
    Then:
    – I install woocommerce plugin sucessfully.
    – Re-install legenda theme.

    but then, when I try to install the plugins recommended in the ‘Theme Options’, the plugins don’t install.
    When I try to install the included pluggins appear the next message:

    “The plugin does not have a valid header.”

    Too, the demo installation button in the ‘Import/Export’ options don’t works again…

    The only thing I have not done, because if a problem is to install the WooCommerce pages…

    I don’t know what else to do…

    We recommend you to install the theme on clear WordPress. Please reinstall it as well.

    Ok!!

    I actually installed wordpress from zero, removing all files from ftp, with a new wordpress intallation then I install the Woocommerce plugin and then theme ‘legenda’, but still fails to install the button ‘demo content’ continue without work….

    Please try again with the same password!! Because I re-install a new wordpress the pass its changed, but I modify now with the password do you know!

    If you have any ftpclient yo can try with the configuration I wrote now in the private contente..

    I used filezilla before update to Mavericks new OS X version that isn’t compatible with filezilla…

    Hello,

    I’m getting the same issue when installing the theme.
    Please reinstall WordPress again from scratch and the database as well. Don’t import any backups for now. After you do this please reply back to us and we’ll install the theme again on clear WordPress and database.

    i don’t import any backup, I don’t do any backup….

    Following his instructions, which are currently on the server, newly installed theme, having first installed the official plugin woocomerce, no tickets, no categories, etc. …

    Actually, if just start using your theme have so many problems…

    Not to do more…
