I can’t install demo pages and update the theme

Hi, I can’t install demo pages.
I have this message :
” The most common errors happened by low server requirments, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings. “.
And when I want to update the theme, I have this error message : “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.

Can you help me, please ?

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please provide temporary wp-admin, and FTP access via the Private Content area.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

It looks like you installed a pirate version of the theme – https://prnt.sc/EX53H6QlLu_Y and it was the reason for the problems.

We’ve uploaded the latest official version to your site. Please check.

Do you need help with the demo version import? If so, please provide the URL of the desired demo.
