I can’t install the new template. I get a message that the template is missing a CSS file.

You are trying to install wrong archive (full package instead WP theme only). Read the post and follow the instructions https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error

Hello, @hatemelbadre,

1. This seems to be the cache issue only If you are able to see the changes in Customizer and not on the frontend of the site. Please remove the server cache and site cache as well, finally check back the site after clearing the browser cache, I am sure you will not face this issue.

2. I am sorry, I am not able to find the signup message constantly on your site, Can you please share the small video clip of this issue?

And please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

Hello,

Right now I can see a mess on your site, it looks like demo content was installed incorrectly or was ruined by something.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin access here. We will help you with the import of https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/lifestyle-blog/ demo , and will check the problem with customization.
About wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

WordPress was set and the last version of the template was re-downloaded and the same problem I can’t edit especially on the header of the page only I see the edit and I am inside the customization page and after publishing and reloading the page as if there was nothing

as well as changing some images with Elementor. – clear cache and check now.
