I can't install the theme Woopress - by TeresaTL

    Hello,
    last week I was speaking to you because we were having lots of troubles with the theme.

    So we unistalled everything and started again.

    Now, I have reinstalled WordPress in another domain and when I want to install Woopress Theme appears an error.
    I have tried to install it from FTP and directly from WordPress.

    Please, can you help me?

    FTP credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
