We have checked “Super Glue – Thin” product on your site and and found that you are using local attributes.

Two different product attributes are available in WooCommerce, local and global product attributes. In WooCommerce both options are called attributes, but there is a difference in the functionality of these attributes.

Global attributes: These are the properties that you will find in the WP-Admin under Product > Attributes. All attributes created here are at on a global website level and can be used with all products.

Local attributes: These attributes are created when you create or edit a product. You cannot use these attributes to filter and they are only visible on the product page itself.

You can only use global attributes for the variation swatches in our theme.

The thing I need is to change the presentation on the website. I don’t want it to be a drop down, but rather a circle or some other form of selection. I’m not setting any of this up as you say?

The сircle or some other form of selection is available for variation swatches, as shown in this video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=shared&v=LgzC4iK-j6A , and here is an example from your site – https://prnt.sc/JrehTL5XovkW
