I can only see the XStore Core update, the theme update is not shown. I can’t update from Envato Market either.
The only way to upgrade to the new version is to upload the theme manually.
How can I fix this?

Please follow the next steps:
– unregister theme – https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
– re-enter the purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09
You may try to update the Xstore theme & Xstore Core Plugin after that and you should not face any issues.
Or do the update manually via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

There is a delay between releasing the update and appearing it on the Dashboard. You may wait a few hours, then go WP Dashboard > Updates > press “check updates” link to force check

The issue is caused by the Gplzone Updater Plugin. It hides updates not only for the Xstore theme but also for other plugins. Video in the Private Content area.
We have disabled it and updated our theme and plugin, after which we re-enabled the Gplzone Updater Plugin. If you wish to see other hidden updates, simply disable the Gplzone Updater Plugin.
