Hello,
I’ve tried to update the plugin WP Bakery Page builder but but it gives me this error:
“To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”
I noticed that without updating the plugin does not work well.
Can you help me?
Also I don’t know why the product display is now sorted alphabetically instead of by date, even if it is set by date!

How can I change it?
Hello,
1) Read this post https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/ and then follow the docs to update bundled plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
2) Do you have this issue on the customizer preview only or on the real shop page of your site? Because Customizer does not refresh products order for the preview if you change that. At the same time it should work ok for the real shop page.
Regards
Thanks for the answer.
The problem is both on the preview and on the shop page. All products in all categories have been sorted alphabetically
Hello,
I changed the order in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog and it works according to settings https://prnt.sc/2468al4

I cleaned the browser caches but they are still in alphabetical order.
Before it was all in date order

Hello,
I checked with the default theme and see the same order https://gyazo.com/be9b2397ecd2cfffbd3bf4c1dd17eeed
Our theme is not the reason of the issue. Try to disable third-party plugins and check after that. If it does not help then contact WooCommerce plugin support. We can do nothing if the order does not work even with the default theme, unfortunately.

Yes ok but the problem arose when I updated your theme today.
Hello,
I suppose you have updated not just XStore theme but also WooCommerce plugin or any other third-party plugin that you have. I problem appears even with the default theme then XStore can’t be the reason of the issue because theme code works only if the theme is enabled.
