I can’t use xstore live preview and editing panel, I can only use Elementor

I can use the xstore panel on my 1st site, but I cannot use the Xstore editing panel on my 2nd site. Sir, I sent it to you as a video.

We would like to inform you that the header on your second site has been constructed using Elementor, which is why the XStore editing panel is not available through the customizer for this particular header.

To edit your header, please proceed to XStore Builders > Header Builder via Elementor. Here, you can make the necessary modifications as per your requirements and update accordingly.

I want to use xstore builder completely for editing. I can re-install the theme of my site. I would be very happy if you could help me with this. I do not want to use elementor.

We are reaching out to provide guidance on how to utilize the header customization feature via the Xstore customizer.

If you wish to implement a custom header using the Xstore builder, it is necessary first to deactivate the current active Elementor header. Please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Xstore > Xstore Builders.
2. Select ‘Edit Conditions’.
3. Remove the condition for ‘Entire Site’.
4. Click the “Save & Close” button.

Once the conditions from the Elementor Header are removed, you can proceed to create your header via the Xstore builder by following these steps:
