Hello,
I cleared the cache with WP rocket and all translations are lost. The thing is that the .po and .mo file of loco translate is all translated, so it must be some synchronisation problem.
How did you do it before to solve the problem? Thanks.
Hello, Ismael
Please check now

What is the location of the Woocommerce .po file I need to download? Because Loco Translated won’t let me download it (it keeps loading but doesn’t do anything).
Hello, Ismael
To find out location, click on the translation https://prnt.sc/f87GKZXiW0Nm > File info https://prnt.sc/2n3Y1FFJDQPu
We are not developers of Loco translate plugin, so read more in docs of the plugin.
As we can see, you have 2 WooCommerce translations for Español language in 2 different locations – https://prnt.sc/iTxXI49D7Oa8 You need to delete one of them, to prevent conflicts.

Yes, I delete one of them and keep the Custom, but it regenerates automatically.
On the other hand, another translation that has never worked is ‘Addresses’ in My Account. Where can I translate that?
Pd. I’ve already updated and translated everything, but there’s no way to change that. If I update the .po again I lose all the changes and it stays the same.
Hello,
Please contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin regarding this issue with translation, because ‘Addresses’ text comes from their side and should be translatable.

OK, so I’ll tell you another malfunction that I think is the subject (if it’s from Woo, let me know). I don’t know if it’s my problem.
When I see the images in the gallery of a product, they alternate with an image + a space with nothing. E.g. If there are 6 images, the user has to navigate 12 times to get to the final image.
I attach a video for this, what can it be due to?
Hello, Ismael
Please check how it works now.
I’ve disabled Lightbox in the settings of Elementor – https://prnt.sc/tl8votQunl8q

Hello,
The same thing still happens when you swipe through the image gallery.
I have detected another problem. I don’t know if it’s something they’ve touched.
When I select a variable product, it shows me all the images in the gallery by default, but when I select an option, for example size L, it only shows me the main image.
What is the reason for this?
Hello, Ismael
1/ https://elementor.com/help/lightbox/
You are right, the problem is still here. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
2/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Variation gallery > disable it, and check then. When this option is enabled you need to upload gallery images for every variation https://prnt.sc/VrYFYLwqw7R6

8theme team
Regarding point number 2, I cannot disable the image gallery because there are many products that use this function.
It didn’t work that way before and it doesn’t make sense. I mean, for the same product (same model, same colour…) that only varies in size, do I have to put the same photos for each variation? It was not like that before and it showed the general ones of the product configuration.
Hello, Ismael
Please check now.

8theme team
Hello,
The same thing is still happening, what has changed? Well, there are now image galleries that do not show them initially.
In fact, to check this I have re-installed previous versions and another wordpress with Woocommerce.
The functioning of it is as I say. In the case of the same model that does not change the images, it always picks up the general gallery in the variable product, so it would not be necessary to put images for each variable.
It doesn’t make sense that for the same t-shirt that only changes the size, having to put each size with the same images. It used to work fine.
Thank you.
Hello, Ismael,
We have recreated on your web-site few different types of variable products with provided screenshots and videos of their product variations’ work.

All changes were done in xstore/js/modules/variation-gallery.min.js
If you are not satisfied of the work of our built-in variation galleries, please, describe us the result you would like to have or disable this feature. Also, If you want you may use extra plugins for such functionality but we cannot garranty a full compatibility with all existed plugins on the market but anyway we could try to add compatibility with the one if you have some incompatibility issues.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thank you very much for all the evidence and details.
I understand that it might be a compatibility problem, because there are products that show it well and others that do not.
I understand that a possible solution would be to add the images to each variation, even though it is simple, right?
I don’t understand why this happens in random products.
Hello, Ismael,
Sorry, but your answer is unclear to me.
“because there are products that show it well and others that do not.” – https://www.vbnfitness.com/camiseta-elemental/ as we can see, the fix works fine https://prnt.sc/8LDPOjqoAGSZ > https://prnt.sc/9CvF2KSdDoKa
Sometimes we face a long site loading, and even 503 Service Unavailable – this server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded. Please contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance from their side.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Regarding what I said, it is that in some products (same gallery configuration) shows the images when I select only the size, and in others not. I hope that with your changes it has been solved to avoid having to modify all the products.
On the other hand, I have a good server/hosting, and they have already reviewed the case and told me that the issue generates excessive requests.
As I’ve said before, the theme generates admin-ajax and JS requests that cause very slow loading and 503 errors.
In fact, for example, the product search within the theme is super slow.
I don’t know if the other clients of your theme have my problems, but in general the performance is quite low, hence these errors.
Thanks.
Hello, Ismael,
” it is that in some products (same gallery configuration) shows the images when I select only the size, and in others not.” – please be more specific and provide links to products you are talking about.
You are using a lot of 3rd party plugins, that may cause the slow loading and other issues.
For example – https://prnt.sc/NL7ken69OxCK , so please disable this plugin or contact its support.
Also, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist can be disabled, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > activate our Wishlist – https://youtu.be/ZyjZ-vCx0pE
Kind Regards,
8theme team
I must have the Holded plugin, as it is necessary to control the stock, inventory and accounting of the project, as we sell both physically and online.
For the Wishlist plugin, I tried to put the theme’s own plugin as indicated, but I also have some problems, so I had to leave that one.
Finally, is there a way to optimize the product search engine so that it loads faster?
Hello, Ismael,
At first sight, your search is not the fastest but not the slowest -> https://gyazo.com/a198eb0122cbcca4802cef90ba44e1bb . It loads normally 2-3s but you may also try to install any woocommerce search plugin, and replace our search in header builder with html block (where you can add a shortcode of plugin’s search).
Example: Advanced Woo Search plugin (example plugin) -> https://prnt.sc/BGTYzG_elNz_
Frontend: https://gyazo.com/01bb3534e506020a5c73f44aae79f14f
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Great, thanks!
