Я использовала эту тему для другого сайта, но потом, перенесла сайт с wordpress обратно на joomla и забыла при этом отключить лицензию темы с того сайта. Теперь не могу пользоваться темой.

Hello,

We can see that XStore is activated on https://lap**ne.com.ua/ site. Go to Dashboard > XStore > Welcome > deactivate theme. Then go to Appearance > Themes > activate a default thee and delete XStore. Then we will be reset your activations from our side, and you will be able to use XStore on a new site.
