I don’t see the option to create woocomerce discount coupons

hello friend look that the option to create discount coupons in woocomerce does not appear, I attach a screenshot, I already enabled the discount option in woocomerce and it still does not appear:

Can you please tell me what I’m doing wrong, I want to be able to create simple woocomerce discount coupons, instead of the coupons option the subscriptions option appears I don’t know what is happening thank you very much
