I don’t want xstore to interfere on the my account page.

Hello! I’ve created a custom dashboard for my business using the Essential Addons plugin, which serves as my My Account page. However, I’ve noticed that XStore is interfering with its design by adding unnecessary elements. I’d like to restore the default WooCommerce My Account page so I can customize it freely without any interference from XStore. Could you please assist me with this?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Thank you for your response. Please review the My Account page at this link: https://new.toolstarbd.com/dashboard/.

Currently, I am using the default My Account layout provided by XStore. When I open the page in Elementor, you will see that I have enabled the “Customize Dashboard” option and added two shortcodes. However, instead of displaying the expected shortcode output, the page shows product lists (please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/YZ-5Z19DXMXu).

Additionally, when navigating to other sections like Orders, Downloads, Addresses, and Account Details, I am consistently redirected back to the dashboard.

My goal is to have a My Account page that functions like a typical WooCommerce site, allowing me full customization without interference from XStore. I have provided the website admin login credentials along with this message for your review.

1/ Please update the “My Account” page by replacing our content with the WooCommerce shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] You can find more details in the following documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

2/ Go to Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > XStore “My account” page settings >
Account page type > Default.
