I encounter a lot of problem with the theme compatibility

    Hello,

    I am contacting you because I have a lot of problem of compatibility on the theme (Not with others plugins)

    I have style problem, for exemple on elementor since one of your colleague made change to resolve an Issue, the tablet responsive part is not editable, it’s always override by the mobile responsive.

    I have a problem on the newsletter pop-up, on mobile it’s impossible to close it.

    The loading of a page is very long, like if you don’t click on the screen nothing appear, I have tried disable all my cache plugin and all the cache option from the theme but nothing change.

    Can you help me please ?

    I also have another problem it’s that when I enable the option close all tabs on the single product page, on the preview all work well but on the website all the tabs are opened directly…

    Also another think on the backend this time,
    On my browser I am now not able to publish my change on elementor, the bar disappear (Only on Arc browser)

    And also, I don’t know why but since you made some change on my store, on the checkout, the different shipping address form always show even if I don’t check the box that normally enable it

    Hello,

    I have check all my videos, they are on high quality and I rewatch them and I see clearly all the problems.

    I disabled WPRocket only and a lot of problem disappear the problem is that now the site speed is very bad (29/1OO).

    I will continue to check if there is more problem and I come back to you.

    I have disable all unnecessary plugin, I clear the cache and it seams to work

    I check your videos it works I see but now I have another problem it’s on my header, I have the same for all pages but it don’t appear has the same…

    Hello,

    Sorry but the style are still the wrong, I test on others devices and different browsers and there is still a diff between the home page header and products header
