I enter the purchase code for my product and it says it is incorrect.

    As I said above, when I put my code on the site I am designing it tells me that it is incorrect.

    We tried to check the code using the Envato verification system and we get the response that the purchase code is not verified. Could you, please, check if everything is ok with your ThemeForest account? Because if the account is blocked or your purchase is canceled you won’t be able to use the code.

    I already sent the query to Envato.

    Now the same thing happened again as before, I was designing my website and it got stuck in the customizer again.

    What’s wrong with the theme?

    Could you record a video of your actions and the problem on your site?

    Additionally, provide the URL of the site and temporary wp-admin access.

    I’m redesigning my website, I started it on a fresh install, it doesn’t have any extra plugins or anything and there’s no way the customizer won’t load.
    Debug mode is on.

    We have successfully identified the specific SVG files that are causing issues with the loading of the customizer. The problematic SVGs are those used in the “Hostinger” label. Details are provided in the attached files.
