I facing 4 major problems – Payment Method, CheckoutFields, ShippingZone, problem sometime mob/deskt

    Hi hope you are doing well.

    I encountered four major problems using your theme on my store. I want a quick solution to this. Please let me know why the problems are happening.

    1. Desktop or mobile version sometimes not working. Sometimes the mobile version is showing on the desktop and the desktop version is showing on the mobile. Although mobile and desktop settings are done the proper way with your header builder.

    2. Shipping charges are not changing as per shipping zone.

    3. I have added some payment method that is suitable for my country. But somehow the payment method is not showing on the check out page. There is only default payment method of woocommerce is showing.

    4. I want to modify checkout fields. The custom code I added to function.php to do this is not working at all.

    1/ We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option in (XStore > Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other and will not improve the speed together.

    2/ &3/ Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    To troubleshoot your issue, We kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront (Appearance > Themes). This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not. Let us know the result.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
