Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ We would like to inform you that there are two header builders available, and you can choose the one that best suits your preferences. Please note that the Elementor Header Builder takes higher priority. Therefore, when both header builders are active simultaneously, the content created with Elementor will be displayed on the frontend.

If you wish to display the content from the theme options instead, you can either delete the header template created with Elementor or adjust its display conditions accordingly – https://prnt.sc/WMpRw3pl_wwc

2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access and screenshots of the problem? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
