I got server error 500 in theme options - by Udomdech

I got server error 500 page on the right panel in theme options section and I have tried to change products column in shop page to 3 column but the template didn’t change.

Hi,

The 500 error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. You can turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Also, you can contact the hosting provider and ask to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.

I got this

and i check iframe url on the right panel that got 500error it lead to this

Hi,

– I think you need to contact your hosting provider. Looks something is not ok with server settings (probably max input vars limit). Errors are not related to theme files.

this is Cloud VPS with Plesk here and I have checked the log and also the setting.

my problem is from the preview page on the right panel in your theme options.

and the them options that did not change the config that i have set up.

I have import demo using ‘Bicycle’ it didn’t use elementor but use WPBakery.

all requirement for install your theme have been met as shown below

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. Also, provide server error logs. If you got 500 error then some errors should be in server error logs that help to find the reason of the issue and solve it.
