I have a few questions - by lum1 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,
1/ The product category under the first revolution slider do’esnt show anything….

2/ How can I put the sticky category bar under the sticky header without overlaping each other ?

3/ For the quick view pop up i can’t change the dimensions

4/ the premium feature of of slider revolution and wpbackery addon I can’t use them I n,eed a license do you have one ?

5/ on my homepage it’s doesnt show the categorie right after the sliver revolution

6/ there is a lot of slowdown while using backend wpbackery on the main page

1,5) Check now. I’ve deleted demo id’s of categories https://prnt.sc/ujdz3i which doesn’t exist on your live site. You can add images of categories here – https://prnt.sc/ujdzp6
2) Please provide URL of the mentioned page.
3) Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop elements > Quick view
4) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/activation-and-purchase-codes/
6) To speed up the Dashboard you need to contact your hosting provider. The theme does not have any options for the backend and does not affect the backend.

ok I have added the picture but it’s doesn’t show over the slider how can I do that ?

Hello,

1), 5) We have added z-index for the categories row to fix the issue
2) Check now, please.
3) You forgot to add units http://prntscr.com/ulxvs3
4) Bundled plugins do not come with the individual license https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins . If you want to get access to premium features of the Revolution slider you need to buy the personal license, it’s not our requirement, it’s plugin author requirements
6) Unfortunately, we don’t have recommendations about this because we can help only with theme settings, individual site optimization is outside the scope of our support.

Go to Pages > edit the page > scroll down to 8theme Options > Sidebar position > Choose Without.

Do you use MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin or MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress? The shortcode seems comes from the latest one, so activate this plugin on the site, also read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/mail-chimp-form-custom-styles/

Provide us with screenshot of the error for better understanding, please. Because at this moment I don’t understand what error you have and when exactly it appears. We need to know it to give you any helpful solution.
If you don’t get emails you need to connect your hosting provider and check if everything is ok with your mail server.

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop eements > Brands > Show Product Brands On Single Product Page and Choose The Location For Brands

ok thanks when I change the breadcrumbs image background it’s dispaly in customize the iamge i selected but show the default background image….

Hello,

Go to Pages > edit page where you have the wrong breadcrumbs image and remove the featured image of this page to use the breadcrumbs image uploaded from general options or upload the custom one.

Hello,

To edit the page breadcrumbs image do the same you did for the shop page. We don’t have any other options for the page breadcrumbs.

Our theme has 2 options for the size guide image: global one (Theme Options) and individual (for every product). If you changed the global size guide but still see the default one on the single product then edit this product and check the individual option http://prntscr.com/utz98m Remove the image and you’ll get the global size guide for this product.

ok thank you, what about this screen. I can’t fix it in a way that it’s in the center. I tryed to change the setting to 3 so that it take only in account the 3 categories but it’s doesn’t change anything

Hello,

If you change the parent theme folder name you won’t be able to update it from WP Dashboard. If this case you will need to update the theme manually via FTP. But you’ll be able to update bundled plugins from XStore > Plugin importer.
Please, create a new topic if you have any other questions.
