I have a problem in the header. I can not activate header number 2 and I have a problem in the footer. from the computer you see a row of numbers 12345

Hello,

1) You chose the custom header in the Theme Options http://prntscr.com/nkz46v That’s why default header structure did not work.

2) Don’t see any row 12345 in footer http://prntscr.com/nkz77x Provide screenshot for better understanding, please.
