I have installed xstore theme but theme option not working properly and I can’t edit any section

Before I was using elessi theme for my website and now I have changed my theme into Xstore. But after installed successfully I found issues during customize theme specially theme option. Theme option not working smoothly suppose if I want to edit header section it is taking too much time to respond

Could you provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

I have deactivated the theme and install again my existing theme because my site is live I can’t take long time for maintenance.

To change the logo you need to go to Header Builder using Elementor, not Theme Options. Please read more here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/

Could you please adjust the permissions for the user you created for us, so that we have access to the editor?

From your screenshot, it appears that the issue may be caused by a third-party plugin. Kindly disable any third-party plugins that are not included with the theme and check the editor afterward.
