I have trouble to deactivate sales booster.

Hello, I want to deactivate sales booster but it doesn’t work. When I click on Setting nothing happens and when I want to deactivate nothing happens too. I deactivate plugin one by one but no plugin is in conflict.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Could you please also provide temporary wp-admin access?
