I have updated the theme but the admin dashboard not at all working

    Since the day we have purchased this theme we are getting error error and errors, now we are not able to do anything in admin panel, it is not allowing anything

    Please provide us with temporary FTP access.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Please find the credentials as requested, I have also attached the FTP configuration file for my domain beta.jipanditji.com
    The site again broke, I have pasted two screenshot one from the desktop browser and one from mobile.
    Please give me the absolute solution as we can not keep on doing trouble shoot and we can not avoid using third party plugins, in one of my chain communicaiton I have shared the screenshot of the error of plugins as well.
    On deep troubleshooting we found that the issue is at Home page end, all other things are working perfectly fine, everytime the home page is getting distorted both at Desktop and in Mobile as well.
    Please once for all give me the solution immeditately

    Thank you for providing the FTP username, server, and port. However, we noticed that the FTP password is missing. Could you kindly provide the FTP password as well?

    Additionally, based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that the AMP version of your website is enabled plugin.https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/general-info-amp/ . If you are not satisfied with this version, you can easily disable it by navigating to the Plugins section and deactivating the XStore AMP

    password was already provided, I am sharing the same again, but if you guys take so much time to resolve the issue then how can we run our business website.

    Also the website in the mobile is not working as it should work on mobile devices, there are no footer blocks visible

    Thank you for providing the necessary access. We have resolved the issue with the admin panel, and the changes were made in the following file:

    /wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/version-check.php

    Regarding the mobile menu, could you please clarify what you mean by “there are no footer blocks visible”? Are you referring to the footer blocks of the website, the mobile menu displayed at the bottom, or something else?

    First thing first, Let me tell you , my issue is not resolved. So I am going to point out specific issues again.

    1. Home page breaks down itslef again and again, and it is not allowing us to edit the home page and giving the error as shown in the attachement.
    2. Now the Header again broke and distored, screenshot attached
    3. I have attached the screenshot of another website , we wanted the same footer in our website when open in mobile devices, but it is not working.
    So please help us without further delay

    We have identified and resolved an issue with the mobile panel. Kindly check if everything is functioning correctly on your end.

    Regarding the homepage, we were unable to replicate the problem you mentioned during the editing process. Could you please clarify whether the issue occurs immediately upon loading the editor, or does it arise only after you begin editing a specific element?

    No, the layout of the website in the mobile is very distorted, also at the bottom we are not geting the icons and links. I have attached a reference image for the purpose, we wanted the footer links like that, your theme has the functionality like this, but somehow it is not comin out in our live website.
    Also with regard to the homepage, when we try to open the home page with the link edit with homepage, it takes so much time to load the elementor and someime it says elementor can not load, try safe mode, so we have to keep refreshing the page till the time it loads.

    Every time there is a proble, now the elementor editor is not at all loading from last 24 hours, we tried each and every troboulshooting. you need to resolve this asap, I am not able to edit, any post, any page. How do I run my ecommerce business, I am not able to complete the things since I have taken this them from you. Need immediate resoultion come what may

    It appears that the issue with the virus has not yet been resolved. Additionally, we have identified that the problem with Elementor loading is not related to our theme or plugin. The same error occurs even when using the default theme (please refer to the attached files for more details).

    We believe that this issue is likely caused by the virus.
