I have updated xstore core but I have a message saying it needs to have xstore 9.1.14 version but I have already updated Xstore and cannot see anymore updates of the theme to do. Can you please help.

– re-enter the purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09
You may try to update the Xstore theme & Xstore Core Plugin after that and you should not face any issues.

Only in case you edited files of the parent theme directly, you will lose these changes. In any case, create a full backup before the update.

Hi I am trying to place the activation code again but I have an error message that it has been used already (which is on my actual website).
here is the error message:

Have you created a full backup?
Download the latest theme version from – https://www.8theme.com/downloads Go to Dashboard > Themes > Add new > Upload theme > Choose file > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the theme will be updated on your site.

I have added the code to my account but I cannot see it. If I try to add it again it says it is already in your database. Please help.
was able to sort the code purchase out. So trying to see if I can update now.

You face the problem because incorrectly uploaded full theme files instead of installable files only.
Please clear the cache and check your site now.
