There is a message at the top of my header that reads ” Selected static block was removed or unpublishes” I haven’t been able to figure out where to take that out and need help with that.

Please review this area to ascertain if any empty static blocks have been inadvertently added. If such blocks are present, you have the option to either remove the widget or configure the static blocks accordingly.
