I installed the Furniture 3 theme. I want to know the difference between the functions of our news page and blog page.

What I mean is that on the navigation bar, blog is connected to our news page by default. What is the difference between this and connecting to the blog page?
Hello, @Mac,
Thank you for your response.
The most straightforward way to create a blog or news page that works in both classic and block theme is to first head to your WordPress dashboard. Then select “Pages” and “Add New”. Title this page something like “Blog”, or use a title like “News” if you only want to write shorter updates.
To address your concern, it’s important to distinguish between linking the “Blog” directly to the news page and connecting it to a designated blog page. The key difference lies in how the Blog content is presented on the Specific page of your site.
If you wish to customize the content displayed on your homepage, you have the option to choose between two primary setups: a classic blog format with posts in reverse chronological order or a static page. To implement the latter, you need to create two Pages within your WordPress dashboard:
One page will serve as the homepage.
The other page will act as the location where your posts are displayed (Blog page).
To configure this setting, kindly follow these steps:
Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
Proceed to “XStore Theme Options”
Locate the “Home Page Setting” section.
Within the “Post Page” subsection, select the page you created specifically for blog posts.
Moreover, you have the flexibility to add multiple pages as the Blog page if needed.
For a visual guide, we have provided an image that illustrates the process. You can view the image by clicking on the following link: https://imgur.com/a/h9nxqZ3
Yours Sincerely,
