Hello, Son Nguyen
Thanks for writing us on our support forum!
We checked your web-site on https://pagespeed.web.dev/ and didn’t find any redirect issues shown in it’s log -> https://prnt.sc/orYr_jKLR1bY. According to that fact, we want to ask you if you could describe in more details your question with screenshots and test your web-site redirects with default theme such as Storefront.
Your web-site redirects (if such ones exist) could be caused by your server configuration settings and then should be asked your hosting provider then.
Afterall, it is good to mention that we had only one customer with redirect issues and he fixed it by himself by setting static pages for Built-in Wishlist and Built-in Compare features. Here is his topic -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/redirects-caused-by-wishlist-and-accounts-pages/.
Waiting for more details from about your question and we will try to give you a quick answer.
We are sure that our theme and plugins does not include any viruses or malware code. You can download original files from ThemeForest (full theme package with plugins) and check. If you found a virus or your antivirus found any malware code, we would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to scan whole the WP installation, maybe DB to remove the injections and protect your site for the future.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
