I need some help with the xStore theme - by Saad

    1. Once the new user sign-ups or sign-in, the user is still seeing the sign-in page.. the user has to refresh the page or sign-in again to get logged into the account.

    2. I want to keep the user logged-in for a long time (30-90 days). He/she shall be logged-out only if they click on logout.

    3. I’m unable to reduce the size of the main product image. The image seen in the link below is large, I want to make it smaller. I tried through custom settings but didn’t work. Also, you can see the thumbnails in shop page are blurred, along with the related products in product page.

    4. View Cart option is enabled in custom options. But it’s not showing in header (mobile and desktop). Sometimes it shows, sometimes it disappear completely. Only checkout option is showing.

    5. I temporarily added 2 shipping zones in woocommerce settings. The customers who does not belong to that zone will see an “shipping method not available” error in cart and checkout page.

    Instead of this, I want to disable the payment method completely to the customers who belong to other zones. Can you PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS?

    6. I want to display the discount “percentage” instead of “sale” in shop and product page. How do I enable it?

    Hello,

    1) Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to check?
    2) It’s not related to our theme. It’s related to WooCommerce plugin session. Contact WooCommerce plugin about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
    3) Single product page displays image that you set in the Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Images > Main Image Width > set 400px for example. At the same time Thumbnail Width set 300px. Also add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

    .content-product .product-content-image img {
        width: auto;
    }

    4) What’s wrong with the mini-cart https://prnt.sc/xnemu2 ? Could you, please, provide us with screenshot for better understanding?

    5) Shipping settings are WooCommerce plugin settings. We don’t have options to manage them. So, check the WooCommerce plugin documentation to set it up or contact WooCommerce plugin support https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

    6) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elementor > Sale and Out of stock > enable Percentage discount option.

    1. Mentioned the login details in private area.

    Please cross-check multiple times. It’s working rarely, but most of the times after signup/login, the user sees sign-in page again… instead of getting signed in completely.

    4. The view cart option is sometimes visible and sometimes not. Both in mobile and desktop version. Is it a technical issue or a bug?

    Hello,

    1), 3), 6) Give our user admin permissions. We need to check the backend settings.
    4) Contact us once it’s not visible. We need to inspect the cart when the button disappears.

    1. Didn’t work… when I login, it still takes me to “my-account” login page… doesn’t log me in.

    3. Done (can you provide me the source of it? If at all I want to change the size.. I will have to access it)

    Regarding the cart… what I meant was:

    Sometimes the “View Cart” option will be visible, sometimes not. Like this – https://prnt.sc/xp9zn4

    There’s no “View Cart” button at all, in the screenshots that you provided.

    Hello,

    1), 6) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the mentioned issues in more detail.
    3) Use the Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Images > Main Image Width to change the image width. I added custom CSS to make it work on the single product page https://prnt.sc/xrr19q

    I don’t see the problem with the login, is it fixed?
    Once I entered details in the login form and pressed the submit button it directly redirected me to wp-admin/
    Provide a video for a better understanding of the problem you have

    No, I’m facing that issue again.

    It looks like the issue is with the login popup form. Both sign-in/sign-up ain’t working when done in popup form.

    Sign-in and Sign-up is working fine if done directly through my-account page. Is there anyway to disable popup form for singing in?

    I forgot one major issue that was found on the product category page. The H1 tag is missing (maybe disabled from the product category page). Can you please let me know how to enable it?

    The heading & description is also disabled on the page even though I have added it in the editor. The description is only being visible if a product is added in that category, or else it’s not being visible.

    I guess the default product category heading is H2, please change it to H1.

    2/ The H1 tag is missing -> You have h1 tag in your breadcrumbs -> https://gyazo.com/270aed9f7f219933aff95f8cf0e67852
    You may change that tag via Theme Options -> Breadcrumbs

    3/ The description is only being visible if a product is added in that category, or else it’s not being visible. -> Yes it is hidden if there are no products added for this category and instead of that we show ‘No results found’ text there.
    If you need to add custom description/text/html for specific category you can add it via -> https://gyazo.com/fab9a873ad123d32ef2ec5dbc1dd8b5e (description and description after content fields).

    Please note that additional customization is not included in basic theme support. You can submit customization request here, or copy from parent and rewrite via child-theme/woocommerce/archive-product.php

    1. It’s working fine now. Maybe there was some bug in the popup model?
    I disabled on all the devices and it works perfectly fine now.

    2. Okay… I actually wanted it to look a heading tag, so got confused. If I need to disable it from breadcrumbs and mention it seperately like a page Title/heading.. then do I need to code it manually?

    3. Yes, that’s exactly what I did when adding descriptions to the categories. But that was not visible on category page on the link mentioned early.

    1/ Ok, good
    2/ Yes, you need to add code separately via builders for simple pages like home, about us, contacts us. If you need to make it for categories you should add custom via category descriptions fields. For blog/shop for example you can use blog/shop banner in Customizer options. (Ex. for blog page -> https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/blog/)
    3/ if you need to show description for categories with no product found you can change files mentioned earlier in your child-theme or provide us FTP access
